• Taking and processing of all rooms reservations.
• Managing the front desk reception area, handling basic enquiries and attending to telephone calls.
• Handle walk-in visitors/clients with courteously and professionally.
• Attend to general office administration.
• Strong oral and written communications on English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Passionate in handling guest check-ins, checkouts and enquiries.
• Positive work attitude, punctual, reliable, responsible, professional at all times.
• Computer literate.
• Able to multitasking and work independently with minimum supervision.
