Job Description

We are seeking a Client Support Professional to join our team and welcome to our family at Core Communications LLC! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

Handle customer inquiries and complaints

Provide information about the products and services

Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

Document and update customer records based on interactions

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

​Qualifications: (No experience necessary but is a plus and helps with the position)

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

Ability to build rapport with clients

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Positive and professional demeanor

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

** This is a  independent contractor work from home position. You will be responsible for your own taxes and will receive a 1099misc at the end of year.
