Job Description

  • Proactively monitor and resolve application, system, and network incidents affecting the systems and ensure maximum availability and performance.
  • Perform the tasks using standard network management tools, internal ticketing systems, and monitoring consoles
  • Serve as the point of contact on communications between internal and external client, support team, vendors and other team during events which needed.
  • Help determine root cause of issues and analysis of incidents escalations, notifications and updates to all teams deemed as necessary.
  • Provide timely responses to all incidents, outages and performance
  • Categorize and prioritize incidents in accordance with the business requirements and operational impact.
  • Enter updates in the ticketing system as they occur
  • Communicate with other groups like Workforce and Operations, keep them informed of incident progress and notifying the status of the issue.
  • Must be present on 90% of all the workdays of the probationary period.
  • Refrain from consuming or taking any prohibited substances within the duration of employment with the company.
  • Documents all papers regarding technical operations.
