Proactively monitor and resolve application, system, and network incidents affecting the systems and ensure maximum availability and performance.
Perform the tasks using standard network management tools, internal ticketing systems, and monitoring consoles
Serve as the point of contact on communications between internal and external client, support team, vendors and other team during events which needed.
Help determine root cause of issues and analysis of incidents escalations, notifications and updates to all teams deemed as necessary.
Provide timely responses to all incidents, outages and performance
Categorize and prioritize incidents in accordance with the business requirements and operational impact.
Enter updates in the ticketing system as they occur
Communicate with other groups like Workforce and Operations, keep them informed of incident progress and notifying the status of the issue.
Must be present on 90% of all the workdays of the probationary period.
Refrain from consuming or taking any prohibited substances within the duration of employment with the company.
Documents all papers regarding technical operations.
