Deskripsi Pekerjaan

    • Create and implement programs at work that connect employees with business goals
    • Identify and evaluate business initiatives to ascertain appropriate programs that meet company goals
    • Develop methods for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting
    • Identify data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks, and performance targets
    • Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals
    • Facilitate Performance Appraisal
    • Define organization need
    • Implement organizational effectiveness interventions
    • Designing and updating organizational structure to make lean (Productive) organization support the company's business development
    • Designing, standardize, and updating job description
    • Create competency models
    • Conduct training needs analysis
    • Recommend training and development systems
    • Develop training manuals and materials such as handouts and visual materials
    • Felicitate and Conduct in-house Training
    • Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness
    • Evaluation Training Program and its Implementation
    • Develop HR policy to support Business Process

Persyaratan

    • Applicants should be minimum Bachelor Degree in Management, Psychology, industrial engineering from reputable university (local or overseas). Management
    • Postgraduate will be preferred
    • With minimum of 3 years of experiences as HRD Manager, or Organizational Development (OD) or office of strategic management (OSM)
    • Understand HR Management System
    • Understand the business orientation and organizations
    • Possess a comprehensive strategic understanding
    • Possess basic knowledge of Balance Score Card
    • Understand performance management system and its application
    • Having good knowledge about Organizational Development
    • Able to perform Job Analysis & Job Evaluation
    • Able to deliver training
    • Able to conduct Change Management
    • Able to work in under pressure situation
    • Good command in English, both speaking and writing
    • Preferable has experienced at well-known construction company
