Job Description

  • Create marketing plan for the company’s existing products and services.
  • Update competitor database by inputting data from field sales; compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations; distributing reports.
  • Prepare mailers and brochures by formatting content and graphics; arranging printing and internet packages.
  • Provide marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Coordinate and assist the company’s sales team on promotional activities and events.
  • Support sales presentations by assembling quotations, proposals, videos, slide shows, demonstration and product capability booklets; compiling account and competitor analyses.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on service features, “Go the extra mile” to drive sales.
  • Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
  • Actively seek out customers in the area.
  • Remain knowledgeable on services offered and discuss available options.
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers.
