Job Description

1. Lead all aspects of marketing management, comprising of marketing and trade promotional plan development, execution and monitoring, annual sales budget preparation and expenditure control to achieve the financial budget, marketing objective and organization objective. (20% of all work percentage)

2. Identify and propose new product development and new business opportunity within organization objective and resources to serve organization sales objectives. (10% of all work percentage )

3. Work closely with distributors’ sales team and business unit; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, knowledge and support. (20% of all work percentage)

4. Work closely with internal and external parties in order to ensure optimized profitability (20% of all work percentage)

5. Evaluate, monitor and propose standard operation procedure to ensure smooth operation, risk prevention and achievement of organization financial objective. (20% of all work percentage)

6. Forecast sales and work with production planning team to ensure optimization of production capacity, product supply to meet market demand within inventory day cover target. (10% of all work percentage)

7. Problem Solving & Complexity of Work: The job requires systematic decision-making skill, ability to work with complex set of data, ability to lead staffs with different skill level and complex analytical skill.

8. Other ad-hoc.

9. Direct experience in Sale & MKT Manager and Vietnamese citizen are advantage.
