  • New account development and expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory.
  • This position sells ULs test automation products and testing, advisory and security services.
  • Have an existing network in the payments, transit, mobile, and/or security industry.
  • Meeting and exceeding your sales target.
  • Generate leads and manage the complete sales cycle.
  • Consultative selling approach Respond effectively to urgent and sensitive customer needs.
  • Identifies and pursues prospects through various lead generated activities, including tradeshow, direct mailing, advertising, cold-calling, on key industry players and referral program.
  • Meets with prospects to understand their purchase decision makers, decision making process criteria, and their needs.
  • Develops sales presentations for potential new clients.
  • Provides value propositions, handles objections, prepares quotes, and closes sales by getting prospects’ commitments.
  • Retains existing customers and grows footprint within those clients.
  • Supports rest of staff in the identification and evaluation of important customer information.
  • Performs other duties as directed.




  • Bachelor degree, preferably in business/IT/engineering/marketing
  • Good organizational skills to coordinate all aspects of sales administration
  • Be able to work accurately with great attention to detail
  • Excellent in English and Spanish (writing and talking)
  • Self-starter with good listening skills and able to translate customer needs into writing
  • Strong consultative selling skills, capable of building custom solutions and value propositions
  • Capable of giving technical product demos to end users
  • Strong cold calling, networking, canvassing and other sales tactics
  • B2B outside sales experience
  • Capable of writing clear, concise and compelling commercial proposals
  • Flexible and creative, you will be dealing with the industries innovative players
  • Result-driven attitude, able to build, maintain and grow key accounts
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in Mexico
  • Payment industry experience
  • Experience in the security industry (e.g. FIPS, Common Criteria, PCI)
  • Good understanding of the different payment industry players and regulatory requirements
  • A strong network in LAC market, specifically Mexico
