Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Handling administration accounting, inventory, and logistic.
  • Contact government for license and tax.
  • Responsible for sales invoices generation and VAT collection.
  • Monitor daily sales report, cash/payment report, and data entry into accounting system.
  • Coordinate shipment arrival.
  • Translate related text/law/regulation in Laos and English.
    • Handle monthly tax computation and payment.
    • Other duties as requested by the manager.

 

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Good spoken and written English language.
  • Bachelor Degree in Admin/Accounting/Finance or related academic.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years experiences in Admin and Accounting.
  • Be Flexible, hardworking, proactive.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point), Internet search & e-mail communication.
  •  Analysis and multi-tasking skills.
