Ocean Associates Inc. is seeking a candidate who will provide professional support to the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) in Honolulu, Hawaii. The position does not require a presence in Hawaii but can be accomplished remotely. Ocean Associates Inc. conducts research, offers policy advice, and provides personnel support services to government and industry clients for marine fisheries, protected species, and habitats.
Location: Honolulu, Hawaii or remote work considered
Work schedule: Full-time (average 40 hours per week)
Preferred start date: ASAP
Compensation: Commensurate with experience. Excellent employee benefits are provided including paid medical insurance, retirement plan, and holiday, vacation and sick leave.
Please note that this is a policy/management position and not a science position. It does not involve scuba diving or training marine mammals.
