Job Description

Job Summary: To ensure the accurate bookkeeping of the Company accounts, and deliver in a timely manner all the Company accounts, including general accounting, accounts payables and receivables, fixed assets, inventory and issue monthly profit and loss accounts, balance sheet and cash flow.
Systems Used: * Hyperion Financials * Microsoft Office * Outlook
Key Responsibilities:
§ To record all transactions of the Company respecting the accounting standards and in liaison with the areas involved 
§ To maintain with accuracy the accounts payables and accounts receivables 
§ To register all movements of fixed assets and correct amortization 
§ To control the inventory § Produce full monthly P&L accounts, balance sheet, aged balance, cash flow 
§ To submit all statutory information, ie VAT returns and Corporation Tax instalments (quarterly basis) and Company Annual Return (annual basis) 
Candidate Profile Graduated in bookkeeping 
Minimum 5 years of experience within international and industrial company. 
Part of it with full responsibility of bookkeeping of the Company accounts English is a plus Autonomy / collaborative behaviour/ accuracy Knowing an accounting system is a plus
