Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Writing  emails
  • Organize and schedule meetings/appointments
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • attend meetings with chairman
  • project development research
  • creating presentations for project proposal /meeting minutes

Requirements:

  • A Graduate of any course
  • Excellent in both English written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Preferably lives near Parañaque , Alabang, Las Piñas or Pasay area
