Job Description

  • Generating, supporting and coordinating all trade marketing initiatives outlined in the trade marketing plan, i.e. product & business development, pricing strategy and inventory management, and ensuring their successful execution.
  • Analyze how product is positioned in the market
  • Establish product performance specification, cost, price and profitability parameters, market applications and sales forecast/estimates
  • Responsible for preparing product forecast, and constantly monitoring inventory levels to ensure supply timeline and approved levels.
  • Measure and report all marketing programs, and asses against goals (sales targets, inventory levels)
  • Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
  • Oversee marketing and promotions activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
  • Assist in the development of the marketing plan.
  • Support marketing & sales operations by compiling, formatting and reporting the necessary market and sales information and data derived from market research and generated from internal system
  • Performs market research and analysis for assigned industries/markets/products.
  • Assembles research reports by compiling, consolidating, formatting and summarizing information and data, graphs and presentations; distributing reports.
  • Provides tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent professional qualifications.
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
  • Can understand the full marketing mix
  • Good in reporting skills, analyzing skills and information
  • Statistical & data analysis method
  • At least 3 year(s) in brand management or product management and market search and statistics
