Reporting to Saladstop Pte Ltd Headquarter (HQ) in Hongkong & Singapore, the country manager (CM) will have overall production responsibility for units in the local market.
Directs, Administers and coordinates the internal production activities of the organization in accordance to standards and procedures to ensure financial strength and operating efficiencies.
Provides strategic direction to Outlet Managers, as needed, establishing and accomplishing business objectives.
Provide leadership for the areas of Culinary, Food Safety, Occupational Safety, Sustainability and work closely with Group, Director, Sous Chef/ Central kitchen and Outlets.
Drives and accomplishes objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.
Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the production condition of the Company.
Assist the Manager to set up production planning and carry out analysis on the effectiveness on production planning and provide solutions to improve material consumption and labor savings.
Lead menu development process working closely with the Nutrition and Operations Team to include seasonal Salads, costing, ingredient selections, order guide maintenance, communication and field support.
Oversee on-going recipe development, costing, testing, ingredient selection, and maintenance of order guides.
Working to ensure standards of hygiene are maintained and that the outlets comply with health and safety regulations and energy management.
Financial management : Planning and working on budgets, maximizing profits and achieving sales targets set by head office
Develops a production budget for each of the department’s revenue outlets; after approval, monitors and takes corrective action as necessary to help assure that budget goals are attained.
Responsible for the proper accounting and reconciliation of the Point of Sale systems and member revenues
Assists Outlet Managers in preparing the monthly and yearly Food and Beverage division budget.
Assist the Outlet Manager to set up KPIs on production planning for efficiency evaluation
Establishes and maintains effective working relationships within the team and the company
Develops on-going professional development and training programs for food production, service and production/service personnel
Acts as a supporting & rotating role to perform duties of the Artist, and Prep as needed.
Experienced and possess good knowledge of Food and beverage industry
Able to provide on job coaching to subordinates to achieve job objectives
Has a sense of leadership and Proactive attitude
Must possess A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality / Hotel management or equivalent.
Has at least 3-5 years of Litchen experience in the F&B production set up or industry.
Preferably senior managers specializing in Food/ Beverage/ catering or equivalent.
Strong communication skills in both English and Cantonese, in order to liase with the associates.
