Job Description

Looking for Account Manager in the South of Germany

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect & Business Development
  • Follow up with German/pan-European prospects to establish new client accounts
  • Use the internal database to register and manage prospects
  • Social media & cold calling for new opportunities
  • Prepare or attend industry trade shows Client & Project Management
  • Sell services, grow and maintain existing client accounts - internal and external communication
  • Translate client requirements from German to English (including website for Marketing)
  • Collaborate with global sales teams when client has purchasing or operation offices in multiple regions
  • Negotiate pricing with clients
  • Ensure accuracy of invoices before releasing to client
  • Ensure account receivable collection by interacting with internal and client accounting departments as required
  • Problem-solving: initiate 8D process
  • Inactive client follow-up, marketing, and reactivation
  • Assist with annual and periodic sales planning and statistics

Academic/ Language Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3+ years of Sales & Marketing experience
  • English, German, Other European Language

* Should be located in Germany, preferably South of Germany
