As project coordinator, you invite top decision-makers of the largest German companies to our invitation-only executive meetings. The position can be executed in our offices in Helsinki, Stockholm, Amsterdam or Berlin.

We hire energetic, result-oriented project coordinators for our German-speaking market. As a project coordinator, you are in contact with the top decision-makers of the largest German companies by phone every day, in order to get them excited about our events and to invite them to these invitation-only platforms free of charge. The promising concept of the meeting consists of three factors that are very important to a leader: Highly qualified networking, business insights through relevant lectures, and pre-qualified solution provider meetings - all efficiently compressed together in one event.

  • You have a clear and friendly way of communicating over the phone - your smile is heard!
  • You have convincing abilities to gain the trust of the interlocutor while leaving a professional impression
  • You have a strong desire to work towards well-defined quantitative activity and outcome goals
  • You have a positive "can do" attitude, even in stressful times
  • You are a team player who can independently take responsibility and at the same time understand the common goals
  • You can still be at the beginning of your professional career, but experience in B2B customer service and sales is an advantage
  • You are a native German speaker and have excellent command of English (business / training language at ME)

  • The compensation is based on a base salary and monthly, performance-based bonuses. In addition, each event has a success bonus tied to the final result
