Role: Customer Experience Officer

Salary Range:  14 pound + bonus for achievements

Permanent Position

We’re looking for a dynamic, empathetic and passionate customer service representative

to join our team and help us deliver an outstanding experience for our customers.

What you’ll be doing on a day-to-day basis

  • Providing exceptional support to our customers across a number of different channels, including social media, email, live chat, and phone

  • Identifying problems quickly and liaising with our engineering team to resolve customer issues

  • Responding to customer complaints and escalating issues as required

  • Understanding and sharing customer feedback and ideas with our product team

  • Communicating any outages or incidents that are affecting our users
