Your Role

  • Know company products inside and out so that you can answer customer questions.
  • Provide personalised solutions to customers’ queries
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Accurately record and maintain all customer feedback and inquiries into the customer services database
  • Proactively offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.

Requirements

  • Desired experience working with customers
  • High School Diploma or Higher
  • Language: Native/bilingual fluency German, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Finnish and English (C1)
  • Computer literacy with a typing speed of 20 words per minute
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
