Responsibilities and Duties

This role will be supporting these requisitions. Hire Resources offers the highest commission payout in the industry with NO MONTHLY PAY.

Must have at least 8 to 12 years of experience in the US ITstaffing industry.
Very good experience with end to end technical recruitment process across various Information Technologies.
Must have very good oral and written skills.
Must have experience with all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Crop to Crop)
Experience negotiating compensation to close a candidate.
Proficient on hiring hourly, salaried and subcontracting candidates.
Strong experience using recruitingportals such as Dice, Monster and social sites like LinkedIn.
Locate and identify potential candidates through the use of Job-Boards, social media, user groups/associations, candidate referrals, networking, etc.
Experience in sourcing, screening and finalizing candidates
Knowledge in Information Technology.
Maintaining the database of documents and all other information of all consultants

YOU MUST HAVE A PROVEN BACKGROUND IN THE RECRUITMENT INDUSTRY TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE

Knowledge in US Tax Terms (1099/W2/Corp-Corp)
